On September 19, 2001, Matt Lovasko was tragically killed in an accidental apartment fire in Munster, IN, just 30 minutes from Lemon Lake. At the time, Matt was the top rated amateur disc golf player of Region 6 of the United States.  Matt was best known to his friends and family as "HOMIE".
